Meet Trust Law Partners Senior Counsel Wayne Dong, Esq.

Wayne is a licensed attorney and experienced professional who enjoys utilizing his experience, legal knowledge and expertise to assist clients dealing with tremendously difficult situations.

As a working professional with more than a decade of prior professional experience with multiple large corporate entities, and now as an attorney, Wayne recognizes the critical need for competent advocacy in the efficient resolution of every dispute. Each case, regardless of complexity or duration, requires a careful, measured and considered approach and every client deserves nothing less than a zealous advocate who will protect their rights. Wayne is honored to work closely with clients to aid in achieving their desired outcomes while addressing any concerns and providing effective legal counsel.

Wayne was born and raised in the Los Angeles area and is a proud graduate of Southwestern Law School’s distinguished and nationally recognized Two-Year Accelerated SCALE Juris Doctor program. During his time in law school, Wayne received CALI awards as recognition for achieving the highest marks in multiple courses. Wayne also holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from the University of California, Irvine, and was named to the Dean’s Honor List as recognition for academic excellence.

“The best part of being an attorney is having the ability to help others who are struggling with difficult situations. Many individuals are unaware of their legal rights prior to being involved in complex legal disputes, and lawyers not only serve as advocates, but as educators and guardians as well. Being part of the team at Trust Law Partners has allowed me to work with amazing clients who are often dealing with traumatic and emotional legal disputes, and I am grateful for the ability to continue to assist clients in finding a resolution to their cases in order to let them move forward with living their lives to the fullest.”

— Wayne Dong

Wayne is one of the most dedicated and passionate attorneys I have ever had the pleasure to work with in the legal industry. He is extremely knowledgeable and has an amazing ability to educate clients on the law in down to earth simple English so they can truly assess their options. He makes people feel at ease so they are able to share their emotionally difficult situations without fear of being judged or feeling intimidated.

California probate law is one of the most intricate areas of state law, filled with technical procedures, filing deadlines, and evidentiary burdens. Without legal representation from a professional in this field, it’s easy to overlook key facts, waive important rights, or become entangled in long, frustrating legal processes.

Our California inheritance lawyers are not just familiar with California probate law—we’re immersed in it. We stay current on legal updates, case law trends, and judicial interpretations. We collaborate as a team to examine every angle of a case and develop the most strategic and effective approach for our clients.
