Loew Law Group, PLC, a well-established trust and estate litigation firm located in the heart of Silicon Valley in San Mateo, California, has joined forces with Trust Law Partners, LLP. Both firms specialize in the handling of probate, estate and trust disputes throughout California.

Jeffrey R. Loew, Esq., principal and managing partner of Loew Law Group, PLC, has joined Trust Law Partners, LLP as a Managing Partner and Chief Legal Officer. Mr. Loew brings with him the entire Loew Law Group team of attorneys and staff. Mr. Loew, an experienced litigator and trial attorney, is Certified by the State Bar as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Trusts and Estates Section of the California Lawyer’s Association (formerly part of the State Bar), and as Education Chair for the Section. He is also a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estates Counsel (ACTEC).

Mr. Loew is frequently called to speak before bar associations and other professional groups on issues relating to trust and estate matters, as well as estate planning and elder abuse. In over two decades of legal practice, Mr. Loew has successfully represented clients at both trial and appellate levels, as well as in various alternative dispute resolutions, including mediations and arbitrations. He also serves as a mediator and settlement conference neutral, and has provided expert testimony in depositions, mediations, and at trial.
