Mr. DePianto joined Trust Law Partners via the recent merger with Loew Law Group, where he has served as Senior Counsel since 2021. His expertise comprises trust and estates litigation, trust and probate administration, and estate planning.
Mr. DePianto’s earlier practice includes years of experience in litigation and due diligence with a multinational Am Law 100 firm. He was previously an associate professor of law at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law (ASU), and the SMU Dedman School of law, where he taught courses in Law & Economics, Torts, and Evidence. Mr. DePianto’s research interests include the economic analysis of tort damages, the empirical study of happiness, law and behavioral economics, and the intersection of law and social norms.
