For years, Jeff Hall has fought for abused Trust and Will beneficiaries to reinstate their dignity, stop their exploitation, and restore their rightful inheritance.
Mr. Hall has also represented fiduciaries, such as Trustees and Executors, helping them comply with the multitude of duties and responsibilities imposed by California law.
Mr. Hall is a Southern California native. He played basketball and football in high school, intermural basketball and soccer while attending U.C. Santa Barbara, and rugby during law school.
Mr. Hall is a well-respected trial attorney who has represented hundreds of clients in state and federal courts. He has the knowledge and experience to help clients who have been disrespected, betrayed, and humiliated through inheritance theft or beneficiary abuse. Mr. Hall’s hobbies include hiking, backpacking, snow skiing, running, and spending time with his wife and three kids.
Mr. Hall obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1997.
