Trust Law Partners Welcomes Two New Attorneys
Trust Law Partners, LLP is the preeminent trust and probate litigation firm in Southern California. We’re excited to announce the addition of two new attorneys to our firm: Molly Pitruzzelli, Esq. & Eric Lund Esq. Both share our firm’s commitment to fighting harder and smarter for every client to obtain the best possible outcome and help them recover their rightful inheritance.
Attorney Molly Pitruzzelli
Molly attended the University of Southern California for her undergraduate education, receiving a B.S. in Business Administration. After working in non-profit fundraising following college, she eventually followed in her parents’ footsteps, attending Southwestern Law School and receiving her J.D. in 2010. Molly began her legal career as a civil litigator working on personal injury, wrongful death, and nationwide pharmaceutical lawsuits before transitioning away from litigation and into trusts and estates. Her practice now primarily focuses on estate planning, trust and probate administration and conservatorships. Due to her previous litigation experience, she often works hand-in-hand with civil litigators, counseling them with regard to decedent issues and ensuring continuity between various related civil and probate court matters.
In recent years, Molly has served as a panelist discussing topics related to trusts and estates for Southwestern Law School and the USC Trojan Affiliates. She has been involved with many other local organizations, including the Junior League of Pasadena, Foothill Family Services, Linda Vista Children’s Center, Arthritis Foundation, National Charity League, St. Bede School and the Pasadena Bar Association, is currently serving on the Board of Directors of The Jeanne Ward Foundation and Pin-Ups for Vets, and is a past President of the Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy Alumnae Association.
Molly has been named a “Top Attorney” many times by Pasadena Magazine, along with other local organizations and was named a “Rising Star” in Super Lawyers magazine.
Attorney Eric Lund
Eric graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, obtaining his Bachelor’s degree. At UCLA, Eric received a scholarship recognition award and was involved in school government and housing administration. Eric obtained his J.D. from California Western School of Law, where he earned academic achievement (“CALI”) awards for receiving the highest grade in multiple subjects.
Eric’s academic credentials led to his employment as a tutor for first-year law students, and internships at prominent San Diego law firms specializing in zoning and permitting issues, as well as criminal matters and civil litigation. He also interned for Alliance for HOPE International, an organization dedicated to advocacy for the rights of victims of domestic violence. After graduation, Mr. Lund passed the California Bar Exam on his first attempt.
In his spare time, Eric can be found volunteering, running, fishing, and petting dogs.
