Meet Trust Law Partners Senior Counsel, Gregory Royston, Esq.

Greg Royston’s expertise includes a variety of transactional areas as well as litigation, including corporate, tax, real estate and probate. Launching and running many successful businesses, Greg got his start working in the Big 4 accounting firms before going into law.

Having a sense of empathy and compassion and being able to share common experiences with clients is important. Helping a client make sense of complicated legal matters is not easy and not every lawyer can do that. I have those skill sets.

When I’m out of the office, I can often be found at the beach, traveling abroad or snow skiing. My favorite places are Park City and the Colorado Rocky Mountains.

“The attorneys I respect the most always seem to have several things in common. First is the need for intellectual stimulation and just plain being curious about figuring something out. Second would be professional camaraderie. We have that in spades here at TLP... there’s a common vision and everyone seems to get it. The last one is the need to add value. You want to be able to point to something and be able to say, “I had a part in that”. It makes you feel good and more importantly it makes you excited to come into work each day.” —Gregory Royston

wayne“Greg has decades of experience as an attorney and a fiduciary. The ability to draw upon Greg’s financial experience is a tremendous resource for our legal team.”
— Wayne Dong, Senior Counsel
