Attorney Spotlight: Jeffrey R. Loew, Managing Partner

With more than 20 years of experience handling high-stakes trust and estate litigation, Jeff is widely regarded as a leader in the field. Prior to joining Trust Law Partners, he ran his own highly respected Loew Law Group. He combines legal precision with a straightforward, strategic mindset that helps clients understand their options and take confident action—especially when the stakes involve millions of dollars and fractured family relationships.

Jeff is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization—an accomplishment that reflects both technical skill and deep knowledge.

Jeff is also a sought-after speaker and educator. He frequently presents at legal education forums and bar associations throughout California, offering practical insights that other attorneys can apply to their own practices. He serves as an instructor for candidates preparing for the Estate Planning Specialization exam through the California Lawyers Association, a role that underscores both his expertise and his commitment to raising the standard of practice in this area of law.

As Managing Partner of Trust Law Partners, Jeff plays an active role in all phases of litigation. He guides strategy, advises clients, appears in court, and ensures that each matter receives the level of care, diligence, and focus it deserves. The firm handles cases on behalf of beneficiaries and heirs throughout California, typically in high-dollar disputes where trustees have abused their authority, mishandled assets, or acted in bad faith.

Jeff’s reputation extends well beyond the courtroom. He is an active member of both TEXCOM (the Executive Committee of the Trusts and Estates Section of the California Lawyers Association) and AGTAC (Attorney and Guardian/Conservator Task Advisory Committee), two respected groups dedicated to policy, education, and ethical advancement in the field of trust and estate law.

He has been repeatedly recognized by Super Lawyers in Northern California—a peer-driven honor that reflects consistent excellence in legal practice and client advocacy.

“It’s an honor to be working with the amazing team at Trust Law Partners. Their trial skills and experience are unmatched by any other trust and estate law firm in California. And we all share a commitment to achieve the best results for our clients.”

— Jeff Loew

California probate law is one of the most intricate areas of state law, filled with technical procedures, filing deadlines, and evidentiary burdens. Without legal representation from a professional in this field, it’s easy to overlook key facts, waive important rights, or become entangled in long, frustrating legal processes.

Our California inheritance lawyers are not just familiar with California probate law—we’re immersed in it. We stay current on legal updates, case law trends, and judicial interpretations. We collaborate as a team to examine every angle of a case and develop the most strategic and effective approach for our clients.
