As a former Deputy Attorney General of the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General, and Deputy City Attorney of the Santa Monica City Attorney’s Office, Chris possesses over 20 years of civil litigation and appeals experience at the state and federal levels.

Chris specialized in the investigation of fraudulent cases. He has appeared before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and California Courts of Appeal and tried numerous cases to verdict.
In 2005, Chris got his first taste of trust and probate litigation when he assisted his mother’s childhood friend with a contentious trust matter against her deceased husband’s children from a previous marriage. He never forgot the immense satisfaction of helping her get financial and emotional justice.
Chris obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree at University of California, Riverside and his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in June 2000.
