Maximize your Client’s Recovery — Refer your case to Trust Law Partners

As leading trust and probate lawyers, many of our cases are referred to us by fellow attorneys. We take pride in our ability to deliver the best possible outcome for our clients, which in turn maximizes fees paid to our referring attorneys.

Why Trust Law Partners?

What are typical referral fees?
Referral fee amounts are dependent on the circumstances, complexity and merits of each case. Our referral fees are generally 20%, typical for estate litigation. We’ll negotiate an equitable referral amount at the beginning of the case. At TLP, we honor all of our referral agreements and pay promptly upon the resolution of the case.

We welcome collaborations
We have flexible arrangements with our referring attorneys should they wish to stay involved in the case. We are happy to serve as lead counsel or joint venture the case.

We comply with all State Bar rules
As required by The State Bar of California, all referral fee agreements are fully disclosed to the client, who must consent to the fee-sharing arrangement in writing.

Trust Law Partners is a leading trust, will and probate litigation firm located in Southern California. Each of our firm’s partners have been recognized as Super Lawyers, have a perfect 10 ratings with AVVO and have been named Top Attorneys in Pasadena.

trusted lawyers.

California probate law is one of the most intricate areas of state law, filled with technical procedures, filing deadlines, and evidentiary burdens. Without legal representation from a professional in this field, it’s easy to overlook key facts, waive important rights, or become entangled in long, frustrating legal processes.

Our California inheritance lawyers are not just familiar with California probate law—we’re immersed in it. We stay current on legal updates, case law trends, and judicial interpretations. We collaborate as a team to examine every angle of a case and develop the most strategic and effective approach for our clients.
