Trust Law Partners Welcomes New Attorney

Trust Law Partners, LLP is the preeminent trust and probate litigation firm in Southern California. We’re excited to announce the addition of a new attorney to our firm: Molly Pitruzzelli, Esq. Molly shares our firm’s commitment to fighting harder and smarter for every client to obtain the best possible outcome and help them recover their rightful inheritance.

Attorney Molly Pitruzzelli

Molly attended the University of Southern California for her undergraduate education, receiving a B.S. in Business Administration. After working in non-profit fundraising following college, she eventually followed in her parents’ footsteps, attending Southwestern Law School and receiving her J.D. in 2010. Molly began her legal career as a civil litigator working on personal injury, wrongful death, and nationwide pharmaceutical lawsuits before transitioning away from litigation and into trusts and estates. Her practice now primarily focuses on estate planning, trust and probate administration and conservatorships. Due to her previous litigation experience, she often works hand-in-hand with civil litigators, counseling them with regard to decedent issues and ensuring continuity between various related civil and probate court matters.

In recent years, Molly has served as a panelist discussing topics related to trusts and estates for Southwestern Law School and the USC Trojan Affiliates. She has been involved with many other local organizations, including the Junior League of Pasadena, Foothill Family Services, Linda Vista Children’s Center, Arthritis Foundation, National Charity League, St. Bede School and the Pasadena Bar Association, is currently serving on the Board of Directors of The Jeanne Ward Foundation and Pin-Ups for Vets, and is a past President of the Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy Alumnae Association.

Molly has been named a “Top Attorney” many times by Pasadena Magazine, along with other local organizations and was named a “Rising Star” in Super Lawyers magazine.

California probate law is one of the most intricate areas of state law, filled with technical procedures, filing deadlines, and evidentiary burdens. Without legal representation from a professional in this field, it’s easy to overlook key facts, waive important rights, or become entangled in long, frustrating legal processes.

We collaborate as a team to examine every angle of a case and develop the most strategic and effective approach for our clients.
